Erm, using ftp software to manipulate frontpage websites is a very, very, very BAD idea.

Frontpage websites often use frontpage extensions somewhere or the other, these can be very easily damaged by using ftp software to upload certain parts of the website

and you will find that several hosts strongly recommend that frontpage websites should only be modified using frontpage,

I think you can also try MS visual studio, but I am not sure
