I ran English Office 97 on Chinese OS last years with seemingly no problems. I constructed an Access database that used both English and Chinese input.

Now I am back on English OS I cannot load the database to work on it further. Luckily the ptoject has come to a halt, otherwise I would have to buy a spare copmputer and setup Chinese OS again. Or a dual boot as Bill says.

Small point but one to be wary of.
