I've never seen a WYSIWYG html editor (like Frontpage) that showed you the exact same thing in the editing window that you see with a web browser... which is why they all have the "view in browser" option.

But, after working with Adobe GoLive for years, and talking to a lot of people who use Macromedia Dreamweaver (two good programs, BTW) I can promise you that with practice you will get better at knowing what the browser will see without so much trouble.

Hopefully, someone who has some experience with Frontpage will be able to give you some specific tips. But if you decide to try another program, the two I mentioned before are highly regarded.
