I am not sure what you consider "too slow." I have used Dreamweaver and NVu on what I am sure you would consider "slow" computers (500 MHz, 1.25 GHz) and they both run Dreamweaver MX 2004 and NVu acceptably fast. The 1.25 GHz computer will run faster when it gets more RAM into it (it's got only 512 megs right now), but it is quite snappy when I don't run it and Photoshop at the same time. (Though it runs OK with Photoshop up too.)
