Visor Neo & Edge models are down close to $100 now... I wouldn't recommend anything with less than 8MB of memory. The Palm m105 is pretty basic, and only $99 list price now, but it uses AAA batteries, which would be a hassle.

Any 8MB Palm pda will be about the same as the next, user-interface and functionality-wise. I'd go with the cheapest 8MB+ Palm OS model you can find, with a built-in rechargable battery.
