I think if your site is not specifically designed for handhelds the percentage will be incredibly low. On the other hand, if your site is designed for handhelds, the percentage will be close to 100% ;). But if anyone has access to statistics, that would be nice. Pocket IE reports that it is version 2.0, so you can look in your server logs to see how often that shows up.
