You mean people might have to go back to making shopping lists instead of calling their spouse from the grocery store to ask what they need? And then another call to report that widgets are on special and should they buy some-- with interruption to answer urgent incoming calls to tell their four closest friends that they're in the cereal aisle, the floral department, the beer walk-in and finally the checkout line, with a further series of calls to keep everyone posted about your homeward progress and the rate of vehicular traffic?

What are they trying to do-- dump us all back in the stone age?
