No, they will display either HTML5 or Flash until HTML5 is compliant everywhere. If you have a time line where Flash will never be supported by Apple but eventually everything will support HTML5, which direction would you lean towards developing for?

Apple will eventually kill Flash by not supporting it, that is a fact.
