I have a few mobile sites and they get 80-90% mobile traffic. You may may need to do some SEO adjustments and make sure your site is viewable on the most popular mobile devices.
What CMS are you using for your site?
I have Drupal - migrated from Joomla.
There are some plugins that claim to be able to switch the theme based on mobiles. If I could figure out the right theme and module, that would probably be enough. I'll take recommendations.
The site needs SEO adjustments in general. But I don't really know what SEO adjustments would be specific for mobile traffic.
It actually looks okay in Android even with the full theme. A little bit better if I move the sidebars to the right.
The current product is for Windows Mobile. Those user haven't typically used the mobile browser, because, well, it sucks.
I don't want to dumb down the site so much that Windows Mobile works well and Analytics doesn't. But having it better optimized for Android before the Android product launches is desirable.
