Has anyone ever done a firmware upgrade on android before, and what are the pitfalls? Mack.
I have been emailing back and forth with my network regarding bugs with my phone, today I got an sms informing me of a firmware update for the phone. I also got an email from the support rep I had been emailing to give he a heads up on the upgrade.
