I am not 100% sure I understand what you are saying. Do you mean search for his ISP?
Or do you mean that somehow he is actually on someone else's servers?
When I look at his DNS records, the name servers are the same as his URL.
If I do a whois query on his IP address, it lists a DIFFERENT company in a different state.
This is what it returns if I do a whois on his IP address: (Note, the website that is copying me is NOT unifiedlayer.com - it is a different domain name)
