Here in the UK one started Oct 2012 currently called Patent Office County Court small claims track ( to be renamed sometime )

The main kinds of claim which may be brought in the PCC small claims track are concerned with: - copyright, - trade marks (UK and Community registered trade marks), - passing off - unregistered design right (UK and Community unregistered design right),

Costs orders on the small claims track are highly restricted. -
