---- After DMCA, What Other Options?

What an absolute waste of time. I have a scraper hosting adsense all over about 100 pages of my content - hosted on the same ISP that I use, of all people.

My hosting company doesn't care less. They're happy apparently to continue to take money for hosting my scraped content.

And here's Google's response to a DMCA:
We have received your DMCA complaint dated 09/29/11. At this time, Google
has decided not to take action on the following pages based on our
policies concerning content removal:

So Google's now not only actively making money from my content, but is doing so with the full knowledge that they are making money from a scraper.

Yeah we know it's your stolen content and you're complaining, but we've decided not to take action.

If there was any goodwill left with me and Google, it's gone now. It's not like this was a close case - it's clear to anyone that the content was on my site, and the infringing site is a scraper. There's no way someone looked at the two sites and had any doubt as to what's going on.
