Greetings !

I'm new on SEO and internet marketing technologies. I'm researching some techniques and methods to take some traffic to a web site. Primary, I know that content should help on this subject, but it's only a part of all SEO progress.

I have one question today

I want to make some experiments with a "test job portal" that I have installed, but I don't know how to generate some content that make search engines happies, and take some users come to my site regularly.

I think that using RSS to "take" some news (content) from other sites should help me.

Question is: Can I do this ?. Is there any restriction about content rights ?
