IMO, if you can speak english then you could write as well. The guy proved that he can write by asking a question in this forum.
The real matter is probably because of intimidation, fear, anxiety and feeling inferior about yourself. It's all in your brain

As they say, "start small but think big", Google wasn't built overnight. Start writing with something you like. It will be hard at first but you'll get use to it.

I don't know if the guy who asked this question even tried to write something... maybe he can show what he wrote so that we can suggest what needs to be improved.
