Just do it. Yahoo Answers should have a procedure for taking down copies, but if they don't, you have to rely on DMCA. I recently found a direct copy of a page from my site on Google Base. Exact copy. DMCA is the only recourse.
File DMCAs with Google, Yahoo search, and MSN.
