Can you please post an update about this one. I am now running into a similar problem form another company that did not identify they held copyright on an image. I think that this is a deliberate attempt to mislead the pulbic and threaten, harrass and extort funds from small businesses. I have just filed a complaint with the FTC. If these companies have hold copyright on certain images and the images are available for sale, then they need ot IDENTIFY them as such rather than attempting to extort funds from the public after the fact.
