It looks like this letter could have been produced without any human input. Most companies these days have automated systems issuing forth paperwork. Remember, someone tracked you down and someone else probably pressed the button that's set these litigious wheels in motion. Seen that solicitor yet? Syzygy
Further research has shown that this claim is most likely what is becoming known as "spamigation", the process of issuing proceedings against people who they find using automatic means.
