The DMCA is the correct avenue to follow, but I would only do this for content you actually own. That is, text and images that you created. If you originally just took the stuff from other websites, then it's hard to see what you can do about someone stealing from you.

I'd go beyond what jdmorgan says and suggest that this is unlikely to be true, unless your content consists of Victorian photographs by Julia Margaret Cameron or Lewis Carroll, US Civil War portraits by Mathew Brady, early motion studies by Eadweard Muybridge, etc. etc.
