If you have the official site of... a well known product... then your official contract with the makers/manufactures/promoters should clearly state what rights you have relative to the usage of official images for marketing, and other, purposes... Like check your contract. Syzygy
I have the official site of a well known product... and I want to include a screenshot. ...do I have to still ask for permission?
