You mean the html editor ? ( I never tried/ tested running it under wine..but if it will run ? )
if so..
left click and hold on the programs entry in the list of program..drag to empty area of desktop ..let go ..shortcut made ..same thing if you want it in the "taskbar" Lclick+hold+drag+drop.
