---- PHP + MySQL + Apache + VPN + Virtualization

I know how to do this with Windows Server 2008 + Hyper-V + VPN + WAMP but I really don't think it's worth the resources wasted for what we need.

All we need is to have the ability to create multiple environments that use different VPN connections for the PHP scripts.

So here's the functionality we require:

- PHP
- MySQL
- Apache
- VPN usage (so PHP uses this connection to the internet)
- Multiple instances

How is this possible? I've racked my brain on this for weeks and regret that I'm entirely not proficient in Linux to figure this out. We'd even settle for running Linux in multiple instances in a Windows Server 2008 (without Hyper-V). Whatever works best.. your advice will be VERY appreciated and help people in the future trying to accomplish this.
