Curt, they got those both at the same time with the Overture acquisition, but timewise I believe that came after the Inktomi acquisiton, though I don't recall how long the time span was.

AV and ATW both have some outstanding search features and capabilities, it would be a shame to waste those.

What I'm wondering about is that the L.A. Times quoted Terry Semel in an article several weeks ago as saying that Yahoo was leaning toward an emphasis on local search - whether ATW can possibly figure into that in some way since they have a different audience and reach than Yahoo does here in the US. We generally don't see traffic from them here, but people in other areas do report seeing some.
