AlltheWeb shows 200+ links for my site, which is free of any spammy technique, but the site is not indexed.

I asked Fast what was wrong, I got the reply that for some reason the site was not in their index but that they had corrected it. It has since been crawled rather extensively several weeks ago, but still did not make it to the index.

I start to wonder if the server that hosts my site has been blacklisted because of some bad neighbor on the same server. How could I check that?
