An amzing development from OVER buying out FAST on top of AV.

They are ecpected to have combined revenues for 2004 of around 125m.

LOOK will have revenues of around 150m in 2003.

It now appears LOOK is ripe for a buyout but the question is who?

MSN look most likely and LOOK has been developing Wisenut for over 12 months in consultation with MSN.

Sure has woken this sector up and with INKT,AV and now FAST all gone in the space of 1 month......

Expect to see ASKJ go shortly too.

Leaving only LOOK and OVER really the only two serving paid inclusion results.

Google and the IPO have just hit the wall and Google would have to be in a great deal of trouble as it is being edged out of any partnerships and is not ready to go as a stand alone which it was positioning to do.

Google is the BIG loser here..........
