Not like a crawler search engine, it doesn't require much technolgy in operating a PPC feeder like overture. The most important is who are willing to partner with the PPC feeder. Maybe MSN will quit using Overture and use Google Adswords (like teoma/askjeeves) or even 7search. So as Yahoo.

If everyone stop partner with Overture, then we can only see overture ads appearing in AV and ATW. LOL.
