December 31, 1969 is "time zero" for time-stamps on Web page files, so it is the default. Likewise, a byte count of 1 is probably a default.

This sounds similar to what happens in Google when the SE is aware of your page - having found (or in your case, having been told of) the link, but not having yet spidered the page. Therefore, no description is showing, and probably no page title, either.

Once Fast spiders your page(s), this weirdness will clear up.
