I use FAST to check how many sites are linking to my sites because they show some of the lower PR sites which Google doesn't. Over the last few months, I've noticed that the number of sites linking to one of my sites, as reported by FAST, has changed from 446 to 300 links.

The number of links has either stayed the same or increased slightly in all of the other SEs. So in reality, I believe this drop is more likely attributable to fluctuations in the number of sites FAST lists in their database rather than a decrese in links to my site. I suspect the FAST database is very volatile and listings get both added and dropped at a different pace compared to other SEs.
