Are you back in the index again?

We lost a lot of pages, but that had to do with an update of the PartnerSite-program. (New index through a new crawler, which only has a look on PartnerSite-pages.)
Now we are back again (okay, we paid for it, that may be the reason...;-) ), but I assume that this reindexing only happened to their partners.

Any other experiences?
