New press release [fastsearch.com] on Fast states very clearly that Fast will not offer PartnerSite to the user directly.
Only at the resellers, with Lycos.com as the first one, submission will be possible.

Also for all folks interested in Fast and especially PartnerSite a new exhaustive article at pandia.com [fastsearch.com] is recommendable.

I know, this is not what all you Euro/UK folks have been waiting for....
