I used Position Tech to submit 2 sites to Fast 4 days ago, my stats at Pos Tech say I am in & refreshed, however my sites are not even listed in fast. PT emailed me some generic message that the problem was due to a change in algo. I didn't accept this generic message and now their responce is "Fast has imposed a penalty against these urls. They do not adhere to url submission guidelines". Can a site get listed and banned the same day? This site is not spammy, buy it is database driven.
