---- I found one site not indexed but getting Search traffic. How?

I checked it through the histat data and it is getting in average 40 uniques per day from Google. I checked the domain like site:domain.com and it is not indexed. I tried with all the combinations and it IS NOT indexed. Anyone has any clue as to how this happens?
