Hi Gurus,

Let’s say I have traffic coming in from Google Organic, Google Paid and some other resources. It will be reflected nicely in Google Analytics Reports. However, I would like to progress a step further.

In my website, I have different image ads running - sidebar, header or footer.

How can I track the conversion are coming from which ads on the website ?

Initially, I thought I could use Google URL Builder to create custom URL and assign to each ads.

Later, I have some concern that it might wipe off the original referrer source.

utm_source=homepage_slider&utm_medium=slider0

Sample URL created by Google URL Builder

http://www.website.com/summer?utm_source=homepage_slider&utm_medium=slider0&utm_content=summer_specials&utm_campaign=january_2013_sale

Do you see any issue with the way it was coded ? and do you know any solution that I can use to track conversion at the site level ?

Thanks.
