The data shown under Traffic Sources>Search Engine Optimization>Queries in Google analytics is very different than the organic keyword referral data in the Traffic Sources>Search>Organic part of the GA.
The website in question was moved over to a WP platform 2 weeks ago, and we have noticed the impression count dropping significantly in the Traffic Sources>Search Engine Optimization>Queries graph. I am including a link to the image just for the sake of this post: [i45.tinypic.com...]
The migration was done with all the proper redirections, and the transition seems to have gone very well, with organic traffic stable and rankings pretty much intact. The only exception seems to be impression count in this section of GA dropping... but again, no traffic changes from the organic search section data. Also, the data reported in Queries section does not reflect our best keywords at all. Can someone explain what this Queries section mean?
Any input is much appreciated.
