On the down side - Google is gathering far too much information at the same time and they have a history of launching competing products with that data. I recommend you separate your tracking from the company that ranks you. Piwik as mentioned above, or awstats or sitemeter etc all have free options as do other tracking only companies.

Google webmaster tools already provides incoming urls so this isn't new and certainly not a reason to add more Google javascript to your pages, imo of course.
