Is using maxmind's geoip database an option? Then you could serve the appropriate analytics code.

If that's not possible, you could use the same account, but filter from the API side so each business unit can only see their data. This would require maintaining your own stats front end.

Geotargeting isn't perfect, whether Googles or Maxmind's, however.
