I have a very tricky google analytics implementation ahead of me. I would appreciate your help guys!

Example.com is an ecommerce website. It is run by a joint venture. There is a business unit in the US and the other is in the UK.

We need to filter the data so the US business unit only sees US traffic and US transactions. That might sound simple. BUT if I am a UK visitor and I purchase something from the US business unit, that particular sale should not appear in the US google analytics profile – this sales belongs to the UK business unit. Basically, we only want US to see US sales and US traffic.

As I mentioned both business units operate on 1 domain. Oh, and to make the whole process more complicated the checkout page is the same for both business units and it is on a sub domain.
