Curious if the "Java Support" report in Google Analytics refers to strictly java applet support or does it mean Javascript support?

I am trying to determine if building a number of Javascript type features on our website would harm users or not.

Is there a report in Google Analytics that shows the number of visitors with Javascript turned off VS on?
