The site is exactly as it was before (it's just been moved to WordPress which is the only change) and this goal was working previously so I can not understand what the problem is. Thanks everyone for your suggestions.
Very practical suggestion BradleyT :) And one that I have proposed to the client. But I'm not handling the development.
