Website profiles are actually for subdomains of a domain. If you will do this you will not have proper results and everything will eventually mix up.

You need to create new account for each website. You can see the "Create New Account" option against the "My Analytics Accounts:". You don't need a different email for each account. You can make as many accounts as you want using same email.
