Hello Masters..

Someone is submitting a "Quote Form" on my website, after every 5 minutes. and each time his ip is different..

ip: 217.86.158.221 (Germany)
ip: 69.46.6.129 (United States)
ip: 211.23.80.4 (Taiwan)
ip: 69.46.6.131 (United States)
ip: 69.46.6.131 (United States)
ip: 58.79.206.87 ()
ip: 211.210.157.34 (Korea)
ip: 69.46.6.131 (United States)

Please tell me how can i deal with this kind of spammers.
