Okay... that's pretty amazing.
As is, from a usability/readability point of view, it's awful. But as a proof of concept, it is one of those "holy #*$!, this must be the 21st century" type of moments.
I'm not sure if this is a poor implementation or a poor application, but I can imagine an interface where I as the user tell my browser stylesheet how large fonts should be at a few different breakpoint distances and this just makes sure I never have to use CTRL+ again.
