many people have flash and scripting on, like about 99%, maybe more depending on your niche. If they are highly technical maybe 2 to 5% will disallow scripts or allow only on a case by case basis. You're better off doing what you want in flash and having a static noscript backup which may be less than ideal but for the few percent that don't have flash enabled it's better than a blank hole
