I don't thinks will change that much - the touch interface developers are likely to use the same interaction you see from a mouse, but with multi-gestures.

MacBooks are using this in their track pads now (I am as I write this). Depending on the number of finger tips in contact with the pad, determines the function.

I think we are way off seeing browser support for the additional functionality that this might afford.

More likely the OS will define them first.
