Would Adobe Elements have this "save for web" option or there some other way I can get the same functionality without spending hundreds of dollars on software? I know very little about graphics so any advice is appreciated.
A friend used to reduce my image sizes using the "save for web" option under Photoshop. I would like to be able to do this myself but I don't want to spend the money on full blown Photoshop software because I wouldn't use most of it.
