Given that the .ico format can hold different sizes, why are you limiting yourself to just 16 x 16? Where's the 48 x 48 x 256?
It's funny how such old tech can inspire such enthusiasm after all these years (at least close to a decade on the 'net), but why aren't you utilizing to it's fullest extend?
