Hello guys,

I want to resize hundred+ animated GIF smilies. I need to:

- convert smile animated GIF to RGB
- resize it (make smaller)
- convert it to indexed color animated GIF

I wonder what software will do it for me (Mac OS X or Windows)?

Also, is it possible to batch the job?
