With reference to using this palette with dreamwever (which I'm not sure is possible) you really should just stick with the default palette anyway.

The reason is that it uses the 216 websafe colours. This is extremely useful, especially if you also use Macromedia Fireworks to create graphics, as the colours use the hex-code systems, which means that if you copy one hex number from one software to the other, they will match perfectly.
