I have partially come across this topic, because some customers asked whether some of our products could be imprinted for marketing purposes. What I learned was the difference between the additive vs. subtractive nature of the Pantone/HKS-color spaces on the one hand and the RGB-colorspace on the other.

What about doing any presentation on at least two different monitors, in order to make absolutely clear what problem you're faced with?
