pantone hexadecimal values and the first result will give you a resource site with a conversion tool that will list the RGB and hexadecimal value of any Pantone color. Note that these are approximations, and as stated above, will vary from one monitor to the next. But it's still a nifty way to get colors as close as possible to their printed counterparts. Usually I just use the Photoshop color picker to do the conversions, but this site comes in handy when I don't feel like launching Photoshop just to set a background color for an element.
